Needless to say this is one of the most famous Mercury Living Presence recordings. A Superb recording with spine-chilling stereophonic sound, full of transiency, accurate, crisp and sharp. And the performance itself - awesome indeed. One of the greatest recordings ever, from the recording quality as well as the amazing performance.

Mercury Living Presence Stereo / Mono records are some of the best sounding records ever made with many of these often appearing on Harry Pearson's The Absolute Sound (TAS) list. These Mercury records can rival and compete with anything ever made by any other classical record label
