The LP was cut DIRECTLY FROM THE 35mm MAGNETIC FILM using a vintage Westrex 1551 tape machine, with specially built playback electronics that are vastly superior to any others used on these machines to playback the original 35mm tapes. The Len Horowitz / History of Recorded Sound specially modified 1551, fitted with brand new playback heads matched to the revolutionary playback electronics was stationed at Bernie Grundman Mastering in Hollywood.

With Len Horowitz running the playback machine and Bernie Grundman mastering from the three track 35mm tapes, Classic Records has been able to cut the legendary sound and performances DIRECTLY FROM THE 35mm MAGNETIC FILM through Classic's "ALL TUBE" tape playback system and cutting system at Bernie Grundman Mastering in Hollywood.

The LP's are pressed on Classic's 200g Super Vinyl Profile making it possible to get every nuance out of the non-distorted grooves that make SVP sound superior to all other records on the market today. Authentic tip on construction jackets with all original artwork and labels add to this must have deluxe LP edition as part of the Classic Everest 35MM LP Series.
*(from themusic.com)     Original Master Lacquers were cut from master tapes provided to Classic Records for the LP issue, with only one set (1 of 1) of lacquers (1 per LP side - 4 sides: A1, A2, B1, B2) cut. Completely unique set, it is one of a kind. This title has never been released as a 45rpm set by Classic Records.
One of a kind original master lacquers cut from the original master tapes and used by Classic Records to produce stampers that pressed their vinyl reissue editions. Here's how it works: In real time, the master tape was running along with the cutting lathe cutting the groove modulations in the master lacquer.  The master lacquer was then electroplated and produced a Master plate used ultimately to make stampers that press vinyl records.  Once the master lacquer has made its metal master it can still be played like an LP and represents the CLOSEST transfer to the original master tape used to cut it!  The sound of lacquer is as close to the sound of the master tape as you can ever get - with the least amount of information lost in the transfer and the highest fidelity.  The master lacquer of a Classic Records title offers the ultimate collectible given there is only one set per title*.  For these special editions, the master lacquers have been delicately trimmed down from 14" to 12" in diameter so that they can be played back on any modern turntable.  Each disc is single sided and perfectly flat for playback sound that is nothing short of breathtaking.  Each set is packaged in its own custom box and sealed and numbered to preserve their collectibility.  This is a rare opportunity to procure a genuine, one of a kind collectible that will only grow in value over time because, there will only ever be ONE* of them - period!
*NOTE: Lacquers are delicate and need careful handling.
