--- I bought these from someone that does storage units (I was there as he was unloading the truck), these tapes were in a box by themself. NOTE these are sold AS-IS, no guarantee at all what is on the tapes, anyone could transfer these and then claim they were empty (or just send back empty tape, NO RETURNS, NO GUARANTEE Sorry for that tirade, just want to be clear about that. One reason I say that is the reels themselves are NOT labeled (Besides "Reel #1" and "Reel #2"). There were no other tapes with these so I think what is on the box is what is on the tape.
--- These are 1/2" tape, Ampex 499 Grandmaster Gold (probably recorded only once, the tape itself is expensive on its own). 10-1/2" reels. I have no way to play these, if they were 1/4" it wouldn't be too hard to find a deck. The boxes are numbered 1-5, BUT I don't know if it is a coincidence, maybe there is a Reel #1 of TCHKUNG somewhere and more reels of Billy Moon, I don't know. But it just looks like they go together, however I don't know. Each box has the information about what is on the tape (See photos). The Billy Moon tape has detailed recording information as shown in the photos, recorded on new years day 1998, lists the engineer and studio.
