TEMPEST with ALLAN HOLDSWORTH, Jon Hiseman and Paul Williams (no, not THAT Paul Williams) -  1973 RADIO STATION WHITE LABEL PROMO LP w/ Promo labels in NM playing condition!
BTW, if you've never heard this LP, you WILL be shocked + astonished at the playing levels of ALL the musicians on this LP, and there are some truly amazing tracks here to be discovered - a mash-up of Colosseum, Soft Machine and a few other prog acts, yet this sounds new + unique even today - ya NEED this one in yer collection at least to brag about owning!
Nobody bought this LP upon release (shame on you), so here's your chance to realize what you already know - that this man would change the way an electric guitar was played forever going forward. No fillers, friends, all killer...and a harbinger of the future as we now know it.
LP is Excellent - not a scratch, but some weird topical, light paper scuffs that DNAP. They don't dull or bleed into the wax at all, nor do they make noise - I play-graded this to be sure. And if you're fussier than me, boy do you have problems...I've had this LP since it's release, but already had a stock copy, so this one's still cherry. . Cover is still in solid shape,  with minor wear around all corners. Most of these I've seen have the flap removed - not this one though, it still maintains its integrity after all these decades. See pics. No seam splits, moldy odors, etc. - ALL items come from my own, extensive personal collection, and I treat my collections better than you treat your kids...quite rightly so. Unless your kid plays like Holdsworth, of course...
Check out the LP that started Holdsworth off in the US (of course, there was Soft Machine and Tony Williams Lifetime immediately after this, and I have a W/L Promo of  Holdsworth's 1st LP, Velvet Darkness, listed too, so grab that baby too!).
Don't like the asking price? Make me an offer, but make it a reasonable one, ok?
RIP, Allan, we always loved you baby, in fact, it was his fans who paid for his funeral services last year!
See pics, ask questions, check out my other listings for more great items, add me to your faves, as much more coming!
THANKS for your interest!
