Description

BLUE CHEER - VINCEBUS ERUPTUM

CLASSIC 1973 PROG ROCK ALBUM

12" VINYL LP

UK 1st PRESSING

BRONZE ILPS 9220

Featuring Allan Holdsworth, Jon Hiseman, Mark Clarke, Jon Hiseman

Cover - VG, some light creasing and edge wear, very clean, no writing or stickers

Inner sleeve - VG, some fading of blue at edges, no tears or creases

Record - EX-, a few light surface marks, plays perfectly, sounds great

Labels - EX, couple of very light spindle marks otherwise perfect

This is a genuine 1968 first pressing, not a reissue. This rare mono release has several differences from the stereo version and is prized for it's heavier more grungy sound overall. There is a useful piece here about the differences between mono and stereo mixes http://forums.stevehoffman.tv/threads/blue-cheers-vincebus-eruptum-in-mono.49423/
