Sleeve is in VG+ condition.(some stain by the ages.)
Disc is in EX+/EX/EX+/EX+(Side A/B/C/D) condition.
Small torn on the bottom of OBI.
SEALED= Unopened / new old article
MINT= almost same as a new article
EX+= there are some slight marks, no noise
EX= Although there are external crack and noise, but it is almost good
EX-= Little deep cracks and noise, but grade which is equal to appreciation
