This includes the 1 double sided test pressing (see pics)

And the sleeve as issued by the PRESSING PLANT with a label copy A4 sheet affixed...

Note it has "Ted" written on the top right - most likely a reference for Ted Carroll (Chiswick Label original founder with Roger Armstrong).

It also has the date 12/02/1990 written on the plant sleeve (2nd February 1990)

Because these things are so UBER RARE they often come in single sales/auctions like this one.
