Description

Up for auction at NO reserve is "Ike Quebec - Tenor Sax" on the Blue Note label, catalog #102. The classic blue and white label shellacs are NM- and honestly look unplayed. The album folder is VG/VG+ with some moderate to light wear, certainly not bad for it's age. There is some corner wear at the lower right 2 corners and the binding is nice and solid. This rarely shows up for sale in any condition. The is the first album release by Blue Note....it says so right inside the front cover. So it should really be in every great Blue Note collection and of course the music is incredible. The album (that's what a book or collection of 78s was called) contains 10 inch records # 510, 515 and 516, so you can research who plays on them and what the songs are if you need to. (You should bid on my Blue Note discography I am selling this week so you don't have to keep searching the internet for Blue Note info!) I have to charge a little more to ship this to cover additional packaging materials to ship these fragile items safely. Please check my other auctions this week for more great jazz LPs.

All LPs are shipped outside of the album cover in a brand new sleeve and are packed in dedicated record mailers with sturdy cardboard inserts. Shipping is $12.00 via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation in the US or Airmail to Canada. $30.00 Airmail to Europe, the UK, Asia and Oceania. Multiple item wins will be combined and winner will pay actual shipping costs. Buy a bunch and save. I will NOT ship surface rate overseas as it takes too long and too many packages get lost or destroyed. Good luck and bid high and bid often.
