PLEASE DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE CORRECT INVOICE FROM ME, ITEMS OVER £50.00 WILL REQUIRE REGISTERED POST !!!
This is a RARE UK PRIVATE PRESSING DIY PUNK / INDIE POP cross over single by the band THE AVOCADOS from 1981, ORIGINAL PRESSING AND A MUST !!!
This single was comped on one of the MESSTHETICS DIY PUNK compilations but in my opinion will also appeal to INDIE POP / TWEE collectors as it has that feel to it, WELL HERE IS YOUR CHANCE TO GET AN ORIGINAL COPY !!!
The band were really members of the DIY PUNK band 49 AMERICANS under a psuedo name, with Etta Saunders (who also released a few DIY PUNK singles) on vocals.
The single is also signed and dedicated on the back by vocalist Etta Saunders !!!
The single was pressed in 1981 on the band's own CHOO CHOO TRAIN RECORDS, catalogue number CHUG 3.
The songs are: I NEVER KNEW / TELEVISION BROUGHT ME UP.
The single comes with the original P/S (SIGNED AND DEDICATED on the back by vocalist Etta) and the condition of the VINYL is only VG+++ condition (very minor sleeve scuffs only, plays EX+++), ORIGINAL P/S is in VG++++ condition (minor bends and signed on back by vocalist Etta).
DON'T LET THIS RARE DIY PUNK / INDIE POP / PRIVATE PRESSING single get away as you will never see another one soon.
