Description
THE BEACH BOYS - Pet Sounds (1966), UK First Press Vinyl, T2458.
VINYL: Graded VG-. Lots of light surface marks and a few small scratches, but certainly nothing that causes the record to skip or jump. Quiet background ‘crackles’ throughout, but still enjoyable. A few scratches cause a little noticeable feedback (but never anything particularly heavy). ‘Bag rash’ on all of side 2, likely caused by a previous PVC sleeve. The sound quality on side 2 is much the same as on side 1, so this cosmetic damage does not seem to be responsible for any further sound deterioration. Tried my best to photograph the ‘bag rash’ (last two images), but this will be more noticeable under a bright light.
Slight warp to vinyl - causes no issues at all.
SLEEVE: A few creases, light marks, and age-related wear (see close-up photographs). Otherwise good - no splits, and flipbacks are mostly clean. Small anount of handwriting inside sleeve (photographed).
RECORD LABELS: Some light marks. Otherwise fine.
INNER SLEEVE: Plain white, lined, replacement (not the original).
Not currently taking lower offers on any items, but combined shipping is available where possible.
Will be dispatched ASAP after payment with Royal Mail Tracked 48 (normally next working day).
Any questions, please ask.
