Description
THE BEATLES, 11 ORIGINAL VINTAGE 1960s VINYL 45 RPM SINGLES, PARLOPHONE BLACK LABEL, MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN. 7 of the singles are in their original paper sleeves, 4 of the singles have no sleeves. The paper sleeves are in poor condition, there are tears of varying lengths and they have been written on in Biro pen in several places. The vinyl is visibly marked and have some lines but there is no loss of sound quality and play without jumping. There are light scrapes on the label centres caused by the record player spindle. Some labels have been written on in ink. These are original records that are over 50 years old and were played for the first time in more than 45 years recently to confirm that there are no jumps or clicks. The details are as follows:

Copyright © artdaily.org Dr Philip W. Errington, Sotheby’s Specialist Books and Manuscripts commented: “The scope and quality of the pieces in the Michael Winner collection is breath-taking. To see the original artworks, so familiar from their reproductions in children’s books, is a great thrill and Sotheby’s is delighted to present collectors with the rare opportunity to acquire these well-known pieces. All the great names of Children’s illustration are here and the number of works by certain artists is certainly unprecedented. The Winner Collection is a testament to a discerning and remarkable collector.”

- Payment: PayPal preferred but will also accept UK sterling cheque or Postal Order.
- Packaging:The records will be wrapped in cellophane, taped between 2 pieces of stiff card then wrapped in used but secure (ex-Amazon or similar) corrugated card and posted by First Class Small Parcel (UK). Buyer pays for postage only, not for packaging or eBay fees.
- Postage: UK £3.20 (First Class - Small Parcel) includes compensation cover up to £20.00. Should you win this item please do not consider leaving a lower star feedback rating for Postage and Packaging Charges. I am unable to do anything about the high cost of postage now charged by Royal Mail since they “restructured” their services by limiting customers’ choice with restrictive sizing and increasing their prices on 31 March 2014. If you check the postage label/stamps on the package you will see that you were only asked to pay the actual amount charged by the Royal Mail. Where possible I utilise previously used but nevertheless secure packaging and I do not charge buyers for this. On occasions when I have to use a new packet/envelope I meet the cost myself.
- Despatch: Will post to UK only. Item will be mailed within 2 working days of receiving payment (please check the postmark). I always obtain a Royal Mail Proof of Posting.
- Delivery address: Please ensure that your delivery address registered with eBay and PayPal are accurate to avoid any delay in posting your item.
- Feedback: I will leave feedback promptly after receiving payment; I do not wait until you have left me feedback.
- Questions? E-mail me if you have any questions. Thanks for looking and good luck if you bid.
