The Beatles - 'Beatles For Sale'. PMC 1240
The Beatles 1964 UK 1st mono pressing of the 'Beatles For Sale' album. Released on the 4th December 1964, it is offered here fully complete and in wonderful EXCELLENT-/VERY GOOD+ condition.
Released on the yellow and black Parlophone label both sides feature the 'Sold in the UK....' text, the 'Recording first published 1964' text and have 'The Parlophone Co. Ltd' rim print. The 'KT' tax code is embossed on the side two label. Both sides have the very earliest 3N/3N matrix numbers. The vinyl is housed within the correct and original 1964 'Emitex' inner sleeve. It is becoming increasingly rare to find albums of this age in such great condition.
The Matrix numbers are:
Side 1. XEX 503-3N 1 8 RLP
Side 2. XEX 504-3N 2 ? RGH
The vinyl is in EXCELLENT- condition.
Both labels are in EXCELLENT condition.
The sleeve is in VERY GOOD+ condition.
The inner sleeve is in EXCELLENT- condition.
