COME WITH CAPITOL CATALOG PRINTED INNER SLEEVE (PE-12-2BL). SLEEVE DOES HAVE SHRINK WRAP, SHRINK WRAP WITH BREATH HOLES IS INTACT, EXCEPT SLIGHT RING WEARS ON SHRINK WRAP AND OPEN AT BOTTOM LEFT CORNER, INSIDE OF SLEEVE HAS A SLIGHT BENT AT TOP RIGHT CORNER, NO SPLITS OR WRITING, IN EX.
