Description

THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE BEATLES 1966 LP "REVOLVER" WITH THE MEGA RARE "RE-MIX 11 OF TOMORROW NEVER KNOWS".THIS IS THE RARE 1ST PRESSING WITH THE 606-1 MATRIX STAMPED ON THE SIDE 2 RUN-OUT GROOVE.THIS  606-1 VERSION IS THE ONLY LP THAT YOU CAN GET THIS DIFFERENT VERSION ON.

The vinyl does have quite a few surface marks on each, but there are no nasty deep scratches. They cannot be felt, they are just surface marks. The sound is still very good because of the thick heavy weight vinyl. This is still a good record to listen to.It still retains a good shine and lustre. There is some crackle and some pop's mainly in the quieter of passages.A good proffesional clean may improve the sound quality. There are NO sticks,NO jumps and NO repeats. The record has a very mild warp on one edge which does not affect playing in any way.The labels have some spindle wear and there are spider marks which are mainly in the small center circle. Both of the labels are nice and clean and bright. The side 1/2 parlophone £ sign does have a tiny GT written in pen. There is a KT tax code on the side 2 label. The matrix codes are XEX 605-2 and XEX 606-1.The stamper codes are 1GP and 1A.The front laminated garrod & lofthouse sleeve is in excellent condition. The front is still clean and bright with a good shine from the laminate. The rear is clean and bright. There are no colouring or pen marks on either the front or back. The front does have a few short light creases. The front edges do have some short light hairlines as well. The top and bottom edge's are still straight and true with no colour loss. The spine is straight and true and fully readable with just a couple of tiny hairlines, otherwise there is no colour loss. The corners do have a little bumping and colour loss. The rear flip-backs have a handful of light short hairlines. Both the front and back have some light disc impression and the back has some light ringwear. This would make a great addition to any beatle collection and is still a very playable record and will only increase in value.

THIS IS A MUST FOR ANY BEATLES FAN OR COLLECTOR OF 60's MUSIC.THESE 1ST PRESSING'S WITH THE WRONG "RE-MIX 11 OF TOMORROW NEVER KNOWS" WITH THE 606-1 MATRIX WERE ONLY PRINTED FOR A VERY SHORT TIME.THESE EARLY MIS-PRESSINGS ARE THE ONLY LP's TO HAVE THIS VERSION OF THIS SONG. DO NOT MISS THIS CHANCE TO GET A MEGA RARE BEATLES LP.
