I have been collecting Beatles vinyl and memorabilia for 30+ years. I have now decided to sell my vast collection which includes many rarities. Please follow my auctions for a huge amount of original Beatles vinyl and memorabilia to be listed every week when possible.
The Beatles 'Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band'. PMC 7027.
The Beatles 1967 UK 1st mono pressing of the 'Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band' vinyl LP. Fully complete with mono vinyl, mono FOURTH PROOF gatefold sleeve, insert and red / white inner sleeve.
As mentioned above this includes the very earliest and rarest UK sleeve. The FOURTH PROOF sleeve. This is essentially a printers proof mock up sleeve as Sgt Peppers was among the very first gatefold sleeves produced. The 'FOURTH PROOF' and 'AR D 1321' text on the inner gatefold SHOULD HAVE been removed prior to production. Very few escaped into circulation with this being one of them!
I will also include an additional inner sleeve to protect the original and outer poly sleeve.
