The Beatles - 'Let It Be'. PCS 7096
The Beatles 1970 UK ODEON EXPORT pressing of the 'Let It Be' LP. Released on the 8th May 1970, this incredibly rare export issue features ODEON EXPORT STICKERED VINYL AND SLEEVE.
Released on the dark UK Apple label the side one label features a large gold foil Odeon sticker with the rear cover featuring a smaller gold foil Odeon sticker covering the Apple Records logo. These indicate this was destined for export out of the UK to a country in which the Apple trademark was not registered or recognised. The vinyl is the very earliest pressing with 2U / 2U matrix numbers. It comes housed within the original ‘Made in Great Britain’ inner sleeve. A very rare issue of this album.
The Matrix numbers are:
Side 1. YEX 773-2U 1 7 TL
Side 2. YEX 774-2U 5 GAA
The vinyl is in VERY GOOD+ condition.
Both labels are in EXCELLENT+ condition.
The sleeve is in VERY GOOD+ condition.
The inner sleeve is in GOOD+ condition. Some browning and wear to the top edge. I shall include an additional inner sleeve to protect the original.
