DESCRIPTION: This is a 1976 reissue. Was able to catalog using Discogs.com. It has the silver/black Parlophone label with two EMI boxed logos and says "EMI Records Ltd. All rights of the manufacturer... MADE IN GT BRITAIN" around the perimeter of the label. The back cover says says "Made and printed in Great Britain" and the label says "MADE IN GT BRITAIN". Full title on back cover is 'Songs from the film A Hard Day's Night'. Side 1 is taken from the soundtrack of the United Artists film 'A Hard Day's Night'. E.M.I. Records Limited (Controlled by Electric & Musical Industries Ltd.), Hayes • Middlesex • England. Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Patents pending. ? 1964. All songs published by Northern Songs.

VINYL CONDITION: EX. Side one is very clean, just one very light scratch visible. Side two also very clean, can only see some light scuffs where album was pulled in and out of sleeve. (See photos).
SLEEVE CONDITION: EX. Very glossy front cover. Lower right corner has a bend. Some minor wear along top edge. Upper right corner on front (just below "Stereo") has remnants of a small sticker that was removed. Very clean. (See photos).
PLAY GRADE: Near Mint.
