All records are graded on a revealing system which is a nice Technics deck fitted with a SME 3009 tonearm, Ortofon cartridge and stylus. They are graded to the 'Record Collector Guidelines', with as much information given as I can on what I hear. Also all photos above are of the exact record you will receive if successful.
This record is in very good+ condition. It has some light spindle marks on the labels and some slight fading in places but no pen marks anywhere, and overall they are in good shape. As for the vinyl itself, both sides have light hairlines and marks visible when tilted into normal light, but nothing remotely deep or sinister. There are more incredibly light wispy lines visible under very bright white light, but again nothing serious. The record has no serious scuffs or blemishes and has a lovely shine.
I play tested the record and it plays really well. It lays flat but there is a very slight storage warp as there is slight upward movement in the record arm on side 2. Side 1 has little movement, and this issue causes no musical problems on either side as it is very minor. The sound produced is great. Its crisp, clear with next to no interference. I noticed a very faint crackle in the run in and occasionally between songs but nothing severe at all. There are no skips, jumps, annoying clicks or any other serious issues. Its was an enjoyable audio experience and I would grade the audio as excellent.
The sleeve is in very good+ condition. It has some wear to the edges and corners(pics), but all of these are really strong with no splits, weak areas, and the writing on the spine clearly legible. It is clean and bright with no tears or scuffs anywhere. The front is in good shape(pics) but does have a few creases to the laminate. The back has a pen mark along the top edge(pic), a faint ring mark and some age related discolouring. Overall it is strong all round but has a few superficial issues as you can see in the photos.
It contains a plain white inner in excellent condition with no splits, tears or major issues, but some slight creasing and 2 pen marks.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
