Condition
Vinyl- Near Mint/Excellent
Vinyl has a lovely sheen. Side 1 has little to fault it, just a few wispy sleeve removal lines. Side 2 has a little non-feelable scuffing to track 1 but otherwise just a few visible hairlines and some wispy sleeve removal lines.
Audio – Excellent+
Audio is clean, bright and distortion free. Just minimal background noise to run in/run off and between tracks. Very occasional light crackle. Plays through scuff on Side 2 with no problems. Beautiful sounding vinyl.
Labels– Near Mint/Excellent+
Labels are in beautiful condition, Side 1 has just one visible spindle trail and Side 2 with just some spindle wear. Rim text starts "the Gramophone company.." Has the "Sold in the UK…" text across the centre.
Sleeve– Excellent +
The Garrod & Lofthouse 'patents pending' sleeve is also in lovely condition. Smaller Stereo on the front cover. A few light creases to the laminated front cover mainly to towards the spine and edges, with two or three thumbnails towards the opening edge. Spine is clean and fully readable with no laminate cracking. The rear cover is also in great conditionwith clean external flipbacks. Has some very light age discolouration. A small number is written in ink in top right corner (see photo). Some light storage wear to corners.
Inner Sleeve- Excellent+
Original EMITEX sleeve. A little age discolouration and some minor creasing but no seam splits or tears.
Record will be removed from sleeve for posting. I will always obtain proof of posting.
