The Beatles - A Hard Days Night (Please scroll to the bottom of the page for high-res images- Apologies for the blury label shots but my macro decided to play up)
An Exceptionally nice copy of A Hard Days Night, fully play tested and cleaned with Disco Antistatic record cleaning machine.
Label – Parlophone (Yellow Parlophone with “Sold in the UK..” and “Recording first published…” text. KT Tax Stamp on Side 1.)
Catalogue – PMC 1230 (MONO)

Grading
Sleeve – VG+/EX- Slight ringwear and creasing of laminate along bottom of sleeve. Discolouration on back around laminate join. Some gentle fraying of card around aperture. However, apart from the defects the sleeve is Excellent. SPINE RETAINS IT’S INTEGRITY WITH NO FLATTENING OR CRUSHING AND WITH NO PEELING OF LAMINATE THERE OR ANYWHERE ELSE.
Record –EX – A number of small scuffs none of which affects play. No noticable crackles even between tracks, near mint during most tracks. A really pleasurable and fantastic listen (as opposed to records that were badly cared for where you spend most of the time cringing through the distortion, crackles and other general interference). The record still retains its deep obsidian lustre. Labels show some light spidering but are EX. COMES COMPLETE WITH EX+++++ EMTEX INNER AND PULL OUT PARLOPHONE CATALOGUE SHEET.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
