THE BEATLES - ABBEY ROAD:
1st UK Press 1969, Apple Records – PCS 7088. This release has a misaligned Apple Records logo on the back and does not list "Her Majesty" on either the cover or the B-side label. The sound quality is around G+/VG (there are two scratches at the beginning of A1 "Come Together" that cause very short skips (you have to listen closely to hear them) and audible pops that pass after about a third of the song). This is one of those difficult-to-rate LPs because, apart from A1 "Come Together," the LP is nice and clean and plays more like VG+/EX. It's a shame. The cover (Misaligned Apple!) is VG+, has some creases in the laminate, and a small tear at the top edge. Matrixes: YEX 749-2 / YEX 750-1. Plain inner sleeve. Free UK Postage.
