THE BEATLES - 'ABBEY ROAD'
Rare and Sought After!!! The Beatles - Abbey Road - Original UK 16-Track Stereo Vinyl LP with the Original Dark Green Apple Label - Cat No: PCS 7088 - In the Original Iconic 'Garrod & Lofthouse International Ltd' Full Laminated Picture Sleeve Cover - Complete with the Original EMI Plain White Inner Sleeve printed with the Patent Nos.' ' & 'Made in Great Britain' at the bottom of Sleeve - On Labels there is ''An E.M.I. Recording'' and underneath is 'mfd. in U.K.' both texts are situated on the left hand side in the 9 o'clock position on the labels and also NO 'Her Majesty' at 'THE END' of side 2 track listing on the label or on the Cover The Cover Sleeve is in Excellent Condition with the Apple Logo aligned to side 1 track listing on back of cover - The cover shows very little sign of storage wear for it's 40 years of age - Vinyl also in Excellent condition - A Great looking Copy of an Essential Collectable Album!

The Vinyl: Visually both sides of Vinyl are in excellent looking condition and have been very carefully played a handful of times over it's lifetime - On close visual inspection on Side 1 & Side 2: both sides show No actual scratches across the tracks apart from just some minimal light hairlines and some light wispy blemishes that have occured extracting the LP record from the inner sleeve has (Absolutely NO audio defects none were detected during playback) and shows NO other major surface marks across the vinyl surfaces - On playback assessment on both sides there are No skips,jumps,clicks or repeats and shows No annoying audio noise distortions during the playback process only on the occasion when the very quiet tracks are playing and run ins inbetween tracks that you may get some very very light crackle but nothing of any consequence that spoils your overall enjoyment of this Classic Album - Labels are both in Excellent unmarked condition - Vinyl still has all it's Original lustre and Jet black glossy shiny sheen
On the recent playback assessment the Record still plays with all it's Original dynamic and amazing audio sound with clear clarity and sheer quality of sound along with the fantastic stereo production that fills the room Just as you would expect from an early 1st Pressing!
The Front/Back of Covers/Spine: Are in excellent condition totally intact crisp and clean with nice sharp straight edges - Showing all it's Original Vibrant Clear Sharp Colours - The Spine still has all it's Original legible bold and clear text on a clean white background - Absolutely NO tears,splits,ink marks or stickers - Apart from some very minor and minimal light edge and corner bump wear (hardly noticable) all which have occurred during the storage process over it's lifetime - Overall a great looking copy - This is mainly due to the plastic cover protection on Album since Day One!
Labels: On examination there is some light spindle trails and both labels are in Excellent clean looking condition with NO ink marks,blemishes or any other wear and tear
Inner Sleeve:The original White Inner sleeve is in very good condition and shows only some unavoidable light yellow ageing tinges and unavoidable creasing - NO tears,Splits,Ink markings or other blemishes
All of my records That I'm selling are from my own personel collection that I have collected for over 40 years and which have been generally kept and looked after to the highest standard.
I'm currently starting to sort through some of my other Rare vinyl records that have been played only a few times - which are mainly UK 1st PRESSINGS - which are all in Excellent to Mint Condition - Mainly due to Covers/Vinyl have been kept in plastic covers for all of there Life Span and this is one of them

Record Collector's Grading System:
MINT: The Record is in Brand New Condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The Cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet,booklet or poster are in Perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be MINT.
EXCELLENT: The Record shows some signs of having been played,but there is very little lessing in sound quality. The Cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or Creasing.
VERY GOOD: The Record has obviously been played many times,but displays no major deterioration in sound quality,despite noticable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the Cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable.
Albums will be Protected in Plastic Covers - Bubble Wrapped - Packed Securely in High Quality Cardboard Record Box Mailers - With Fragile/Handle With Care Labels Stuck on to Help Prevent Any Damage - Never Had Any Buyer Complain of Damage to any of my Records on Arrival so far!!!
