Description
Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my Rolling Stones, Beatles (and related) and 60’s beat records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, an extremely rare German STEREO pressing of The Beatles – Beatles 65 on the Red / White / Gold Odeon label, cat. no. SMO 73 917.
The record is in VG to VG+ condition; there are some non-sounding hairlines and a couple non-sounding scuff marks. The labels are in EX condition, there are some light spindle marks only.
The cover is in VG minus condition; there is a spine split of approx. 5 centimetres, there is a crease on the upper right corner on the back, the previous owner’s name rubber stamp mark is also on the back and the opening edge on both front and back suffer from some wear (feathering). two hardly noticeable crinkles on the front, the back has some very slight ring wear, the upper seam has some very light wear and the opening edge has some very faint handling wear.
This is a very rare original German STEREO pressing of the Beatles’ Beatles 65 Revolver album. Although the cover is a bit used, the record looks very nice considering it’s age. Original German Beatles albums are very hard to locate, so this is a real opportunity to complete your life-time Beatles record collection! A must have for all Beatles records collectors! Happy Bidding!
