This album was purchased in Sydney, Australia in the mid-1960s. Whilecontaining the same tracks in the same running order as the UK Beatles for Salealbum, the sleeve is very different, having been designed by AustralianParlophone, using photographs taken at the Beatles’ record-breaking string of 6concerts held between 18th and 20th June 1964, at SydneyStadium. While the sleeve was printed in Australia, the vinyl record waspressed in the UK. It displays cleanplaying surfaces with no skips, jumps or stalls. Both labels are in excellentcondition and are clean with no inscription marks.
This item is part of a larger collection of rare vinyl and autographs thatare being listed over the coming weeks on behalf of the Filmer Trusteducational charity (Charity Registration No 1042857).
