Description
Issued by the World Record Club and available by mail order only, this is a superb boxed set of the Beatles first 24 singles, each in an individually marked green & black sleeve, and with their original EMI and Apple labels, plus, as a bonus, the single of Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band/With A Little Help From My Friends in its original picture sleeve. Only a limited number of these box sets contained this bonus disc.
Some of the singles have been played but all are in perfect condition. The black box shows some minor signs of wear.
The 24 singles are:- Love Me Do/P.S. I Love You, Please Please Me/Ask Me Why, From Me To You/Thank You Girl, She Loves You/I'll Get You, I Want To Hold Your Hand/This Boy, A Hard Day's Night/Things We Said Today, Can't Buy Me Love/You Can't Do That, I Feel Fine/She's A Woman, Ticket To Ride/Yes It Is, Help/I'm Down, We Can Work It Out/Day Tripper, Paperback Writer/Rain, Yellow Submarine/Eleanor Rigby, Strawberry Fields Forever/Penny Lane, Hello, Goodbye/I Am The Walrus, All You Need Is Love/Baby, You're A Rich Man, Lady Madonna/The Inner Light, Hey Jude/Revolution, Get Back/Don't Let Me Down, Ballad Of John And Yoko/Old Brown Shoe, Something/Come Together, Let It Be/You Know My Name, Yesterday/I Should Have Known Better, Back In The U.S.S.R./Twist And Shout
The records belonged to my first "proper" boyfriend, when I was aged 16, who left them with me for safe keeping when I went off to University aged 18. They have not been played or touched since 1976 and 37 years later I am still waiting for him to come and collect them ;) ...........
The box will be securely packaged and will be sent by Recorded Delivery. Alternatively buyers can collect from Horsham, West Sussex.
Payment via Paypal or cash on collection.
