Description
I am not a professional collector, just an avid appreciator and acquirer and seller of vinyl, with the occasional CD or DVD or book up for auction as well. I try to describe the records (or other items) as best as I can, providing plenty of pictures as well. And today's item(s) is ..
… a used copy of THE BEATLES COLLECTION boxed set, including STEREO reissue versions of the original 12 UK albums released on Parlophone + a Rarities collection.
Box is in VG+/EX condition. Solidly intact, with minor damage on right flap (see picture).
All vinyl is play-tested as EX. Beautiful sound. No skips. Nice shine and clean, crisp sound.
All covers are solid and intact, with good clear spines, no seam splits, and minimal ringwear. A number of the covers do have top seam damage in the center of the seam (see picture for typical example), including With the Beatles, Hard Day's Night, Beatles for Sale, Help, Sgt. Peppers', White Album, Yellow Submarine, Rarities, and Abbey Road. (This must be a result of the way the previous owner stored the collection.)
The full boxed set contains ...
1. Please Please Me
2. With the Beatles
3. A Hard Day's Night
4. Beatles for Sale
5. Help!
6. Rubber Soul
7. Revolver
8. Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (with cutouts)
9. White Album (with photos and poster)
