Up for sale in this auction is a rare pressing of The Beatles & Frank Ifield compilation LP entitled, "On Stage". Catalogue number VJLP1085. A friendly eBay user informed us this may be a counterfeit but we have not been able to determine this one way or the other. We've decided to provide as much information as possible so bidders can make an informed decision. We have included his question and response below. The only counterfeit we saw on Discogs featured the Beatles Portrait cover and not the old man with Beatles' wig cover. This copy has a black jacket, no spine writing, black center labels and hand etched matrix numbers (which are listed below in the questions section). This is a compilation that features 4 Beatles tracks and 8 Frank Ifield songs. Famously known for it's typo of "copulation" (instead of "compilation") on the back of the jacket. Believed to be released in 1964 while Vee Jay had temporary rights to some Beatles recordings. Vinyl is in Excellent shape with extremely fresh and glossy vinyl. Center labels are clean and only have the most minor signs of use present. Jacket is in VG+ shape with some wear around the edges and light ringwear on the back of the jacket. On the inside of the jacket where you would put the record someone has stamped their name with a custom made stamp about 2 inches long and a quarter inch tall. We have seen this stamped on a few Beatles related records we've received and every one was cared for and taken care of. This person was a proud and careful owner of all of their Beatles memorabilia! Great shape all around!

• M  Mint - Perfect in all ways.
• M- Mint Minus - Near perfect, most likely and unplayed record
• NM- Near Mint Minus - Extremely well cared for record. Probably a record that's been around for some years but extremely well looked after, but still not quite new enough to call Mint.
• VG++ Very Good Plus - As close to NM as it comes.
• VG+  Very Good Plus - Very close to like new with only superficial signs of use that do not affect playability. Only records stored and used with care will grade out to VG+.
• VG Very Good - A used, reasonable copy that plays. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of some light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still nice and playable.
• VG- Very Good Minus - A record with significant wear and marks. Records graded VG-usually have some noticeable surface noise.
• G+ Good Plus. 'Good' means pretty beat up. From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about extremely beat up records.
