Description
THE BEATLES GREATEST HITS VOL.1 Parlophone PCSO-7533 Matrix numbers: YAPAX1015 / YAPAX1016 Made in Australia Cover: EX Vinyl: EX
14 track release from Australia, on orange Parlophone label released in mid 1970's (originally released in 1966). With the mastering, this has more low end, giving more bass on the tracks! Plus original 1965 mix of "I Want To Hold Your Hand" and the first release of "Long Tall Sally" in stereo at the time! Unique fake stereo mixes of Love Me Do, She Loves You and I'll Get You! The other songs are true stereo. Why it was mastered this way is beyond me, but what a treat! No pops, no skips - plays perfect!
