THE BEATLES "HELP"
PARLOPHONE RECORDS cat# PCS 3071
Matrix nos: YEX 168 -1 / 169 -1 FIRST PRESS
**********************************************************
The original FIRST UK pressing of this album release from the Beatles.
This 1965 British LP was the follow-up to "BEATLES FOR SALE" at a time when the boys were causing mayhem aka 'mania' - singles shooting to the toppermost of the poppermost charts!
At the time of this lable issue, MONO was still the more common medium, but STEREO was certainly catching on quickly.
This has seen plays over the years as it should - there are a few clearly visible surface marks, playing through well as they're not too deep.
Not a MINT copy then, but a respectable player.
CONDITION;
The VINYL grades VG due to the surface lines.
Yellow on Black PARLOPHONE Lables are EXCELLENT, no stains, stickers or pen.
Practically no centre hole wear and barely any spindle lines. 'KT' tax code in raised letters on side 2.
The LAMINATED original Garrod & Lofthouse "Patents Pending" 3-FLIPBACK* COVER is EXCELLENT, a flat clean example, the rear has a clear text, it has a little staining and light wear.
See pictures.
