I am not a collector but I will try and include all the relevant and important information.
The Beatles Help LP, a German ODEON 1st Press from 1965.

I have just played the record and there are no jumps and no audible scratching noise. The appearance of the vinyl surface on both sides is very good indeed.
I think a collector would consider the record to be in very good condition.
The sleeve is in good condition, the photographs hopefully will help. A name has been handwritten in the very top left hand corner on the back of the sleeve, just visible on the photograph.
There is an inner sleeve, I am unsure if this is the original or not. It is plain white with some text concerning the care of records.
