DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE : some wear to the corners and some creases in the laminate, otherwise fine...Spine lettering lovely and clear: VG
VINYL - SIDE ONE: a number of light surface hairlines...nothing deep and plays well with light surface noise..no skips, pops or distortion...Lovely clear sound: VISUAL VG / AUDIO VG+
VINYL - SIDE TWO: As Side one, a number of light surface hairlines...nothing deep and again plays well with light surface noise (a little louder on Hey Jude)..no skips, pops or distortion...Lovely clear sound: VISUAL VG / AUDIO VG to VG+
LABELS: faint 'spidering' otherwise Superb: EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
