ULTRA RARE SUPERB CONDITION "PYE CONTRACT FIRST PRESS" OF:
" HEY JUDE / REVOLUTION"
This NEAR MINT 7" ORIGINAL APPLE FIRST EVER UK PRESS which dates from the 31st AUGUST 1968 release.
Please note the main differentiator between this RARE VERSION and other versions
Pye contract pressing with the 4 prong centre that is smaller (so the gap is wider).
The centres of these pressings have no ridge and are finished with rough edges (Record collector magazine).
A SIDE MATRIX: 7XCE 21185 - 1 / (and at 9 o'clock) 14 / (and at 3 o’clock) S
B SIDE MATRIX: 7XCE 21186 - 1 / (and at 9 o'clock) 13 / (and at 3 o’clock) O
Both sides have KT at 12 o’clock.
