LABELS: The labels are clean and unmarked with just a little wear on the spindle hole and light/moderate spindle traces - played but not over-played and extremely well cared for
VINYL Visual: The vinyl surfaces retain their original deep, glossy sheen with no dulling. There are a (very) few light and superficial marks on track one and on the run-in groove on Side Two but none of these marks have any audio consequence - the playback is superb
VINYL Audio: Sensational sound reproduction throughout - crystal clear, clean, crisp, sharp and vibrant sound - incredibly fresh and exciting and on playback at a loud volume (which is how I always listen to my LPs prior to listing, and it's always an immense pleasure to return to this wonderful LP) there are no scratches, no sticks or jumps, no real surface noise and no loud clicks or pops. The run-ins and track separations are practically silent, the sound quality is simply sensational and the whole LP plays to an extremely high standard with all frequencies bright and clear, no discernible groove-wear or distortion and is critically graded a very strong EXCELLENT+ for audio - it's practically flawless. Great copy and very, very highly recommended indeed
SLEEVE: The G&L front laminated flipback cover is also in great condition - a very, very fine example with crisp, sharp, unworn edges and spine - which displays all text clear and bold. The laminated front has a deep, glass-like gloss with no rubbing or ring wear (just some light record impression) and the unlaminated back is remarkably clean. There is a tiny little laminate loss to the top corner flipback (please see close-up photo) but otherwise, a beautifully preserved original sleeve - EXCELLENT+
and the original EMITEX inner is clean, fresh and unmarked with just the smallest beginnings of a split to one of the side edges (less than 1cm) - EXCELLENT+ (The LP is now housed - and will be posted in - a new inner (with anti-static liner) to prevent any 'knifing' damage to the original inner during transit)
