SEALED and AS NEW We have evaluated this issue as identified above for the following reason: There is a medium-sized promo punch hole on the upper right corner and the purple plastic Capitol inner sleeve, which was included with this issue, can be clearly seen. Because it is sealed, we can not guarantee that it is this issue (since there is some indication that the purple inner sleeve was also used w/ the 1983 rainbow label issues - the market value of each issue in sealed condition is roughly the same). STRICT Goldmine Magazine standards used for evaluation
