CONDITION

(R.C plus/minus grade used with  a good honest description.I myself collect pop beat and Beatles record and have done the 40 plus year..

RECORD (Looks) - EX Minus  .. Has kept a very nice shine on both sides. Grade due to a covering of light sleeve removal rub lines in places over vinyl NO Heavy scuffs marks or scratches that will influence play

LABELS - EX ..All ok with light marks  factory sample sticker showing no signs of coming loose and no damage SEE PHOTOS

PLAY QUALITY EX .On each some light intro only but both side play superb from start to finish has just top class audio on both sides ..A super clean start on both side and a fantastic sound all the way during track... 

SLEEVE - EX ... Super mark hits rare rush white sleeve type remains fully intact light show of age at one corner but no damage or torn parts..All intact clean  ..Please see photo...
