Up for auction is a album of THE BEATLES classic debut 'Introducing...The Beatles'
Album was released on Vee Jay in the US as VJLP 1062 in early 1964!
Definitely a first US pressing and not a re-issue, or bootleg, of any kind!!!

This is the 'Version 2' MONO pressing with Colorband label and Vee-Jay / VJ "Bracket" label logo
Back cover has the three columns and titles centered.
The etched matrix numbers are:
Side 1:  63-3402-1/ Audio Matrix stamp/ 'ARC' etched in/ URJ /  2-12-64
Side 2: 63-3403-/  Audio Matrix stamp/  'ARC' etched / URJ / 3-30-4
The matrix numbers correspond with the East Coast ('ARC' is Allentown Record Company- Allentown, PA )US Version Two pressing 
Back cover and label have no comma in Please Please Me. This version also does not have "P.S. I Love You" at the end of Side One --

Condition:
LP is in visual VG/VG- (Very Good/Very Good minus) Grade condition with some amount of mostly light surface marks/scratches. There is a feelable scratch on Side 2.
Playgrades at VG/VG+ mostly with the first side playing nicely overall. There are some static, pops and a jump heard towards ending of "Baby It's You" and a quick jump heard on "A Taste of Honey". This is a player copy until a nicer one comes along.
Album Cover is in overall well preserved condition with a legible spine. There is a small ding towards the center-top area of opening edge. Previous owner added some clear adhesive tape for seam repair along the bottom seam that is visible on front and back.
