THE BEATLES - 'LET IT BE' 1970 UK *BOX SET* **COMPLETE**

This rare UK box set, designed by John Kosh, comes complete with: outer slip-case, both inner trays, LP and exclusive softback book showing candid colour and black and white pictures by Ethan A. Russell of The Beatles during filming and recording.

This is an 'un-restored' example & no black ink has been applied to any component.

This disc is on the dark green Apple label: PCS 7096 with the 'Apple Records..' rim text. It is housed in a fully laminated, 'Garrod & Lofthouse' EXPORT cover with the Parlophone logo on the reverse.

I have not exchanged this covers and can guarantee 100% that it is the one which was originally supplied with this set.

Clean and bright surfaces bearing an occaisional light hairline stylus scratch & sleeve removal paper hairlines directly under a halogen desk lamp.

Clear & warm sound with just minor background in quiet passages & an occasional light tick but no major faults.

Quality vinyl which lies 100% flat both sides on the turntable with no dishing or warping. Cover: NM-

MINT= absolutely perfect in every way, poss still sealed or in original plastic wrap. NM= a nearly perfect record. VG++= record surfaces may have signs that it was rarely played or handled by a previous owner that took extremely good care of it. Record surfaces may show very minimal amount of surface scuffing and/or scratching that does not affect audio quality. VG+= record shows sign that it was played but handled by a previous owner. Record surfaces may show signs of wear or may have scuffs and/or scratches but do not affect the audio quality. VG= surface noise may be evident upon playing, but will not overpower the music. Light scratching will be noticeable that might or will affect the sound. Many times, the record will play through with no skipping or minimal skipping. Good= Records in this category still hold their value as it can be put onto a turntable and played through without skipping. But it will have significant surface noise and scratches and visible groove wear. Fair= Record has visible groove wear, scratches and scuffs with audible surface noise or popping and skipping.
