COVER - EXCELLENT (EX) Original 1st pressing cardboard single type fully laminated printed and made in Great Britain by 'Garrod and Lofthouse Ltd.' cover. The back cover has a gold foil 3.8 cm X 3.3 cm "Odeon Regd. Trade Mark of the Gramophone Co. LTD.,' sticker affixed at the center bottom.
LABEL - NEAR MINT (NM) Original 1st issue dark green Apple Records label PCS-7096 stereo catalog number with a whole apple on side A label and half sliced open apple on B-side label have 'An E.M.I. Recording' text in two lines and "33 1/3” Mfd., in U.K." text on the left side. Side A label has a gold-foil "Odeon Regd. Trade Mark of the Gramophone Co. LTD.,' sticker located at the center above the spindle hole.
