THIS IS THE VERY RARE MIS-PRESS VARIANT WITH THE MISSING BRACKET AFTER LENNON AND MCCARTNEY ON THE SIDE 2 LABEL.THIS COPY IS THE EARLIEST "RINGO ON DRUMS" COPY THAT WAS PRESSED BEFORE THE "MADE IN GT BRITAIN" LABELLED COPIES.
THE VINYL IS IN VG+ CONDITION AND HAS KEPT A NICE SHEEN.IT LOOKS TOTALLY CLEAN IN NORMAL LIGHT BUT WHEN VIEWED UNDER A BRIGHT LIGHT IT HAS A LOT OF WISPY LINES BUT NOTHING FEELABLE OR UGLY.
THE AUDIO WAS GREAT.JUST SOME LIGHT CRACKLE IN QUIETER PARTS BUT NO CLICKS,SKIPS OR JUMPS.
THE LABELS ARE STILL BRIGHT BUT DO SHOW SOME SLIGHT INITIALS ON SIDE 1 AND SOME WEAR ON THE PT TAX CODE ON SIDE 2. I HAVE SEEN A LOT WORSE COPIES.
THE VINYL IS HOUSED IN IT'S EMI STRIPY INNER WITH SOME STAINING AND WEAR.
THIS IS A NICE ONE FOR COLLECTORS.
YOU CAN BE CONFIDENT WITH YOUR PURCHASE.I HAVE SENT VINYL ALL ROUND THE WORLD AND ALWAYS RECEIVE GREAT FEEDBACK!
Grading:
MINT: Brand new condition, no surface marks no deterioration in sound, all paperwork should be in perfect condition
Excellent: The Record shows some signs of being played, there is very little lessening of sound quality. The packaging may have very slight signs of wear and /or creasing.
Very Good: The Record has been played a number of times, but there is no major deterioration in sound quality, despite slight surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Good; The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps some mild scratches. The cover suffers from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits and discoloration.
Fair: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise. It may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
I add a plus or minus when the item is somewhere between two grades
