This is the UK 'Let It Be' LP and book from the Let It Be Box Set by The Beatles. This press has the earliest press 2U/2U matrix, the earliest mother, the original dark green apple labels and laminated red Apple (box set only) Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve. The book is complete with all pages.
The record is in Very Good condition. The vinyl has a bright gloss, there are no signs of heavy play to the grooves at all, there are just a couple of wispy marks and a needle mark on Side 1. On playing the sound is rich and extremely clear, bold and vinrant throughout. The mark can only be heard in the very quietest moments, there is Excellent clarity and separation throughout. The dark green Apple labels are exceptionally bright, the white is crisp and the black text is sharp. There is only the slightest spindle wear. It comes complete with the EMI inner sleeve.
The red Apple cover is in Excellent condition. The laminate has a bright gleam, the colours are vivid and the black is bold. There is the slightest wear to the opening edge and a little ring wear, but this is a great sleeve, solid, clean andshowing only the slightest sign of age.
The 'Get Back' book is bright and complete. There is a crease on the cover and the slightest corner wear. The spine is a little loose but no pages are loose. The white is bright and the every page has a bright gloss. The whole book is solid.
