The record has hardly any marks & grades EX.

The fold out insert has hardly any wear & grades EX.

The cut out sheet has quite a bit of foxing on the back & grades VG+.

The gatefold sleeve has very light wear and grades EX. The stapled booklet is starting to come away from the staples and has started to tear on the top staple. Although still intact it is now staring to become loose. Overall the gatefold sleeve(including booklet) grades VG+ to EX.

The Obi has hardly any wear apart from very light foxing.
