DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: seam split along the top of the rear gate, otherwise lovely...other corners and edges sharp...Spine lettering lovely and clear: VG
BOOK: Has come away from the staples..a little water damage to the top right on each second page, othewise fine..all nice and clear..edges sharp: VG
VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a few light surface hairlines....plays beautifully with just a little static in the odd quiet place and between tracks...no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...Beautiful clear sound!: VISUAL VG+ / AUDIO EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
