Description
The Beatles "Magical Mystery Tour" original mono lp on Capitol Records (1967). This is the original US pressing (MAL 2835). The record itself appears to be in EX- to EX condition. There are multiple light, fairly faint marks on the record, but these are only visible or easily visible under a direct bright light. The record is very glossy and actually looks great. My memory of playback is that there was no significant noise and that it sounded great. The cover and booklet are somewhat hard for me to grade, but i would say they are in EX- condition. The corners are fairly crisp, very little if any discoloration, but there is a 1/2 inch split on the top side of the back cover, of course the split is fairly easy to repair. The integral booklet is great and complete, no tears or issues and not separated from the cover. Fantastic piece of pop culture history, nostalgia. The inner sleeve that came with record is thin and plain white, and i am not sure if it is original. It is included, and the record will ship in a premium Mobile Fidelity inner sleeve. As with all my records, it will ship in a heavy protective outer sleeve. A collectable quality item. And sounds great, too. This record has been cleaned on a VPI 16.5 record cleaning machine.
