Description
I have collected records since I was very young, however Iincreasingly I have realised that I have far too many, and soI have been slowly trying to rationalise my extensive collection over the years, I have sold many major rarities over the years, from major BEATLES and 60s rarities, through PUNK and PROG ROCK, CLASSICAL and BLUES. Basically I've had alot of very rare records and in dribs and drabs have sold them off. I've never had negative feedback, and had many repeat customers.
I will only post completely insured and tracked.
Here we have the BEATLES final and rarest UK EP, Nowhere Man, in first pressing form, with the "Sold In UK.." text. In 1965 sales of EPs were dropping sharply, hencewhy this was the final UK EP for the Beatles, it is however a wonderful collection of tracks taken from Rubber Soul, and definitely pointing the direction that they were moving in. Fantastic!
Record Condition: VG-/VG it's generally really great ,much better than this, with only very light surface hairlines visible when angled under a strong, direct light, there are however a couple of slightly more visible ones,and one across "Drive My Car",which is clearly visible in normal light, and ever so slightly feelable if you carefully run your fingernail across it. It causes some very slight ticks/pops, luckily due to the fact that it's quite a full and loud song, the song more than holds it's own and it doesn't detract from the listening experience much. And the audio grade is much higher! Really great! Labels Condtion: VG-/VG Nice labels completely free from graffiti etc. Just light spindle trails around each central spindle hole and a little whitening of the print directly around the central hole. The A-side also has a slight bubbling where a sticker has been removed, and caused a bit of a "bubble" in the printjust below the "PA" of PArlophone. Equally there is a small abbrasion across a little part of the publishing date. Other than that great! Sleeve Condition: VG Completely free from rips, and absolutely no wear-throughs to any of the edges, the flip-back tabs are perfectly stuck and still nice and crisp. The front laminated sleeve is really nice, with just light handling and some smallnicks to the opening mouth edges. The non-laminated back sleeve has minor staining and the previous owners name/initials written. It's not the most perfect sleeve, but better than many that come up for sale.
