The Original Master Recordings of  "The Beatles"  manufactured by MOBILE FIDELITY SOUND LAB.
Welcome to the land of collecting jewels of the past. .....I just returned from "The Fest" for Beatle Fans in New Jersey.  I saw this set which had a higher serial number, for sale there for $1,200.00 !  "I also saw 4 signatures for sale.....$175,000.00 !.......but that's another story... Like a lot , I was a huge Fan and collector.  I purchased this package new in 1980, approx. 4 months after it became available.  I did play them 3 times since because back then I wanted to transfer to cassette to enjoy and listen.  Since then it has been put away never realizing  that the value would grow at such a high rate. 
Along with this collection is the "Geo-Disk" that was part of this package.   The precision cartridge alignment system from the makers of these Original Master Recordings enables you to achieve critical alignment  to within .003 of an inch in moments.  It exclusively addresses the three most important factors of alignment; proper off-set, proper tracking angle and proper overhang.
The virgin vinyl used is amazing.  Holding any of these records to a light source will show an almost "See-Thru" discs.
Also in this package is The album artwork that was used on the regular U.K. releases.  On each album is the cover-work of the original Master Tapes that were used at E.M.I. Studios along with the "written notes" with times & listings. .......Truly a "Kick-Butt" package for any collector like me.
Now For The Added Attraction;   There is a additional slot in the box that was intended for the some type of "Singles Collection" which was never offered due to some legal issues.
Over the years; mostly in the '70's, I bought additional copies of the "White Album" along with a few others.  I am including one of the them which also hold all the original artwork, poster & portraits of The Beatles....thus you don't have an empty slot !
A fellow collector advised me to start my bidding at  $900.00-$1,000.00  but due to a small tear about half the size of dime,  (which I covered with a small piece of scotch tape) I'm starting the bidding at $600.  Other than that this collection is a "9"; with "10" being flawless condition.
