  THE BEATLES, PLEASE ME, UK PARLOPHONE LP, Nr MINT VINYL The Beatles – Please Please Me
Please Please Me is the debut album by English rock band The Beatles. Parlophone rush-released the album on 22 March 1963 in the United Kingdom to capitalise on the success of singles "Please Please Me ” and “Love Me Do”.
Although I have listed this record as “used” it looks like new and plays perfectly with great audio!
 Side One: I Saw Her Standing There; Misery; Anna (Go To Him); Chains; Boys; Ask Me Why; Please Please Me.
Side Two: Love Me Do; P.S. I Love You; Baby It’s You; Do You Want To Know A Secret; A Taste Of Honey; There’s A Place; Twist And Shout.
The album is on Parlophone Records, PCS 3042. Matrix side one: YEX 94-4 (stamped). Matrix side two: YEX 95-4 (stamped).
Originally released in 1963. UK pressing. Stereo.
Condition: (as Record Collector's grading system. If I see a mark it will be mentioned however light/small, apart from the usual very light paper scuffs/marks - usually caused by record being removed from the inner sleeve, which appear on nearly all old records and which are only visible under strong light)
Vinyl side 1: near mint (unmarked vinyl, plays without fault).
Vinyl side 2: near mint (unmarked vinyl, plays without fault).
Cover (glossy): excellent (a couple of light indents top of front, very small light stain on top edge - see photos).
The record plays like new with no jumps, skips or clicks and hardly a crackle to be heard.
I have tried to give my honest opinion as to the condition. I will give a complete refund to the buyer if they are not happy with the record.

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM:
MINT: I very rarely use the mint grade. Only records that are still sealed or records that even under the strongest of lights are completely unmarked. Also covers that are unmarked/uncreased in any way and still look brand new.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
