1st Yellow & black label pressing without the small 331/3 and without the "Recording first published.." and with "The Parlophone Co.." label text. Record Collector Rare Record Guide 2014 refers to this as the 'fourth' pressing and values it at £120 - although some ebay sellers still refer to this version as the 3rd pressing.
Cover: E J Day cover with a laminated front and unlaminated rear with triple flip-backs. No seam splits. Just has a small name on the rear cover. Rates as Near Excellent for its age - see photos.
Original EMITEX poly-lined inner sleeve: Excellent.
Labels: VG. Has a name on both sides - see scans.
Vinyl: Play tested. Thick heavy duty vinyl. Looks and plays VG+. No skips or jumps. Light crackle only on the run-in and in quiet parts. These 1st pressings really do stand the test of time.

Gradings.......
Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is little lessening in sound quality.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
