The iconic Please Please Me Album; And this one is a later presing on "Brilliant Blue" vinyl!
The Lp has a nice glossy appearance, looks obviously as if played seldom (if at all) and very carefully, all I see is some barely visible small inconsequential very light marks and one small biff near the end of Love Me Do that I didn't hear on my system (Denon moving coil w/ nude diamond, Bose 901's-despite this I cannot promise you may not hear something because playback quality varies so much, but I heard nothing at all with close listening-) when I played this to test that area-no problem but just so you know it's there, VG+ appearance but only because of this, in it's absence this record looks essentially new. Beautiful retro Parlophone 1963 label art. The sound is quite good overall, in general color vinyl is known to have some background noise simply because what they made black vinyl out of was a lot smoother than any of the colored vinyl, so expect that. The music sounds really full. Nice labels as well as you see, no writing. When you crank it up THE VINYL KICKS ASS!! New appearing laminated type cover w/ only the most minor handling evidence. It looks really nice. No splits, no writing! Enjoy the Beatles for a bargain price, and in preferred analog pressings - if you grew up in the US in the 60's or 70's you know the difference. I think it's pretty cool that the vinyl is blue.
