Description
1963 LP on the Parlophone Black & Gold label PMC 1202 - great collector's item.
The matrix numbers are XEX 421-1N and 422-1N which I believe denotes first pressing.
In the RRPG there is reference to some publishing credits which seems to be important so, for the record, I Saw Her Standing There, Misery, There's A Place and Do You Want To Know A Secret are credited to Northern Songs BUT Please Please Me is Dick James - so not sure what is happening there?
Comes with original Emitex inner in great EX condition.
Vinyl has a number of marks but they are only light in nature and it plays really well - only noticed a few clicks between two tracks - I rate it VG to be safe (and accurate) but would be higher except for the visual impact.
Original E. J. Day sleeve in VG++ condition with couple of corner bumps and very slight damage to bottom right flipback.
All in all a great chance to acquire a "Gold" Beatles which is far from the worst you will see...
