Description

Hello and welcome to this auction for a 'Beatles - Revolver 12" 1966 mono original Parlophone pressing LP vinyl' in overall VERY GOOD/VERY GOOD+ condition.

VINYL:-
Visual:

• Side 1 - plenty of hairlines and sleeve removal trails but nothing majorly feelable or deep - nothing serious! Rated as VERY GOOD-/VERY GOOD. Label is VERY GOOD+.
• Side 2 - same as Side 1!

Audio:

• Audio currently rated as VERY GOOD-/VERY GOOD!! I have play tested it all the way through and can confirm that there are NO SKIPS, NO JUMPS and NO STICKS on my system! There is background crackle throughout but it never really gets in the way of the punchy mono audio. It is present so please bear this in mind! Could definitely do with a deep clean - a well-played copy! Very punchy and crisp, just a shame about that background crackle. Still an enjoyable listen! Lies flat and plays very well!

The original 1966 mono flipback sleeve is currently rated as VERY GOOD/VERY GOOD+! There is a split along the top edge but it's nice and tight and is only visible if you look for it - please see the last picture!! Front of the sleeve is mostly clean, just has the usual light wear and laminate creases. Also, it does have a bit of light staining here and there - PLEASE SEE PICTURES!! Rear of sleeve has some discolouration and light staining to the flipbacks. No graffiti or writing! Spine is nice and strong and 100% readable.
Overall, a well-played copy that can still be enjoyably listened to all the way through, housed in a decent sleeve!

Catalogue number - PMC 7009 Number of tracks - 14 Released - 1966 Matrix numbers - XEX  605-2     XEX  606-2

As with all the vintage records I sell, I advise a deep clean to enhance the sound quality of the record. Overall, a classic Beatles record that sounds great!
